The Biomedical Engineering Research lab

The Biomedical Engineering Research lab contains three main parts:
  • The NMR lab is dedicated to NMR and MRI research and includes a 9.4 T NMR spectrometer, an electronics bench and hyperpolarized gas generators that are currently under construction.
  • The wet lab is dedicated to physico-chemical research and contains a fume cabinet, a glove box, a cell incubator, an ultra-low temperature fridge, a benchtop MRI relaxometer and analytical chemistry equipment.
  • The mechatronics corner contains different optical CT scanners and a lithographic 3D printer. We are also building a miniaturized theragnostic imager - irradiator.
